King Khaled Street (name superimposed), Al Khobar. This is Khobar's main shopping street, seen here on a Friday morning virtually deserted and with everything closed. In contrast, any evening will find this street heaving with humanity and chaotically parked vehicles.

Why take a picture of a shopping street when everything is closed? Well, this is Saudi Arabia and I consider Friday mornings as the safest time to take pictures, precisely because there are few people around to object. There are many legal and cultural restrictions on photography in this country, for some guidance see here.
