This is the Empire State Building, taken from just outside Madison Square Garden, on 8th Avenue. This is probably one of the most famous buildings in the whole of New York City, although I'm sure many people confuse it with the Chrysler Building, which is much more recognisable. This is still quite a nice building, both inside and out, and the view from the platform is fantastic.
