1. Payment must be received within 10 working days otherwise ebay will be notified and the item relisted
2. I will accept no liability for items that are lost, stolen or damaged when they are posted
3. Items are as described on the page, for me to write a deliberately misleading description to boost the price of my auction is breaking the rules of ebay and would lead to the termination of my account.
4. No refunds or exchanges offered, unless the buyer can prove beyond doubt that i supplied them with an item i knew was faulty when i listed it on ebay.
5. If an item is lost/stolen/damaged and a claim needs to be made through royal mail, it is the buyer's responsibility (not mine) to seek compensation. I will forward a certificate and proof of postage to the buyer should the need arise.
6. Postal insurance is not always offered at my auctions, please look carefully before bidding, and contact me before bidding if you wish to have postal insurance, there is a surcharge on this (rates depend on the size of the item and method of delivery)
