Thursday, September 16th, 2006 was a crazy day throughout the Mid-Atlantic States.  Record High Temperatures were set from Virginia all the way North to Vermont.  An outbreak of severe weather occured in the Mid-Atlantic States along with a nasty squall line that produced damaging winds in Central New York.  Tornadoes occured in the Carolina's, Virginia's and Pennsylvania.  It was this storm system that was pumping the warm air up into New England.  Temperatures were in the 60's and close to 70 throughout all of New England.
