| My name is Paul Taschereau and I'm a graduate of Conard High School in West Hartford, CT. I currently attend Lyndon State College in Lyndonville, VT. My interest for weather began when I was 3 years old, way back in 1992. Hurricane Andrew was just about to make landfall on Florida. I was playing with my little toy trucks while my parents were watching the news. I decided to take a peak at the television and boy was I amazed. I threw my trucks to the side and instantly became interested. I was always very smart for my age and I still am. Weather is my life without a doubt. I began forecasting weather when I was 4 years old. Severe weather is my passion. I crave it. I love tornadoes, hail, and damaging winds. I have yet to see a tornado which makes me really mad. I do know though I will one of these days. I feel with as much knowledge as I have about weather, I have an added responsibility to warn people about the dangers weather poses. I have 5 brothers; Khris Taschereau, Justin Taschereau, Dennis Rollins, Robert Rollins, and Russell Rollins. I have a sister, Crystal Rollins, 3 nephews; Matt Duby, Brandon Duby, Robert Rollins (no not the same one as my brother)...(I guess we had so many people we just ran out of names). I have 6 neices; Sabrina Mangene, Harley Mangene, Sarah Rollins, Samantha Rollins, Jessica Rollins, and Shawna Rollins. I have four grandparents, an aunt, and a few uncles. Oh and of course a mom and a dad. Out of eveyone in my family besides me Khris has the most knowledge about the weather. I am the BIGGEST RED SOX FAN out there, no questions asked. I can't stand the Yankees ad would rather die than root for them. I'm a Boston Bruins fan, Boston Celtics fan, New England Patriots fan, New England Revolution fan, and a Notre Dame Irish fan.
