... One of the owners of Andreaswalde [Kąsinowo] late in the eighteenth century was the family Sierakowski ; and of this family came General Karol Sierakowski, who won fame under Kosciuszko in the war against Russia. He remained true to the faith of his fathers to the end of his life at Warsaw in 1824, and is said to have been the last Socinian in Poland.³⁰
