Aleister Crowley

Note : some people, including some of my personal acquaintance, have found some difficulties with the person and/or the work of Mr. Aleister Crowley.

He might be a something else. However, frankly and in a broad perspective, he was not nearly half as bad as some of the commonly advertised "heroes".

Parts of his work may seem worthy of being instantly rejected ; one can yet distinguish between what can be use and what had better be left aside.

Howbeit, he had not always made sure to make his work easily accessible to evaluation. As a service to the rest of humanity, I am here providing some titles which might help as introduction to the works of Mr. A. Crowley, for those persons who, under the influence of the daily newspaper and the evening TV, might have lost the ability directly to confront the master.
