I had my suitability and security interviews today and passed them both.
I drove to F division headquarters today not really knowing what to expect, going through the best and worst case scenarios. When I got to headquarters there was another person waiting to be interviewed. I only had to wait a few minutes when the recruiting lady came and got us and took us inside. There I met my interviewer and went to a conference room and he interviewed me for about an hour and a half. He then said I will review and come to a decision. Well, that was about the longest ten minutes of my entire life. Walking around F division just waiting. I headed back in and he told me I had passed. YEAH!!!
So then we went into the security interview which lasted around 45 minutes. I can't go into details of either interview for security reasons. Then we went to staffing and recruiting where the lady (Lisa) looked over my and the other interviewee's (he passed too) files. I got a nasty look from her when she saw how many different places that I had lived. The other guy had only lived in 2 places and here I have around 12 places.
I also got today an appointment for my dental/medical. It is November 4th.
When I asked Lisa how much longer would it be until we could get in she said that it was 3-4 months more, depending how long the background investigation took.
So I am well on my way now. So keep checking in and I will let you know if I hear anything.
