I was at work on Friday and two of the people that are on my list of contacts got phone calls today from the RCMP. Also one of my character references, my friend that lives in Ottawa, also received a call.
So they will be mostly done contacting my friends and associates this upcoming week. Then comes the hard part. Following all the addresses that I have lived at for the past 10 years, all over the province and in PEI.
When I went to the office to sign the forms on Wednesday the security person I talked to said it usually takes 1-3 months to complete this part of the process. If they keep going as fast as they are going to be done my background check in weeks not months. Well hopefully anyways.....
