I am not the most patient guy in the world, so last week I thought I would email the recruitment office to get some kind of update. The reply I got back from them was not what I wanted to hear.
I had to send in my fingerprints a couple of weeks earlier because they were not suitable before, so they told me that the new ones had been sent to Ottawa for review. Then I was told that the troops for December and January have been filled. I already new that the troops for December where full, but I didn't think that January was all full as well.
The only hope I have to get in before February is that someone that was supposed to be in one of the December or January troops can not make it, then they would contact a person on the short notice list, which I am on. I don't know how many other people are on the list, hopefully not too many.
I am so close to going but it doesn't feel like it at all. I check my messages every couple of hours just hoping to hear from recruiting, hopefully soon I will have a good message, hopefully.......
