I looked in the mail on Friday and there was a package from the RCMP.  I kind of was expecting to hear something from them soon, since it has been almost 6 months since I last ran the PARE.  Sure enough it was the package to run the PARE (a form you have to bring to the PARE, a letter telling you where to go and a doctors form).  I am scheduled to re-run on Febuary 21st.  So this gives me about a month to step up the jogging and cardio training.

Other than that not much new to report, I am going to phone Lumsden RCMP this week to see if I can get another ride along, the last one was fun.
So hopefully I will have another post before I run my PARE, hopefully....
