Now for a little background information. Ever since I have decided to pursue getting into the RCMP I found a website of a fellow from BC who just went through. Here is a link to his site. Anyways according to his timeline from the time he ran the PARE to the time he got his interview was like 7 months. Here I am 5 days after I ran the test and I am getting a phone call. Woohoo!
So the next day I phoned up the recruiting office and spoke to Lisa and arranged for my interview to be on the 19th of September. She also told me that the interview was a formal one and I should dress up in a suit and tie. Suit and tie? The last time I did that was when......I can't even remember. But I do have a suit and I tried it on and it still fits, so one less thing to worry about. Now if I could just learn how to tie a tie properly................
