Well, it has been a while since I have updated the page. Nothing new to report, still waiting for my back ground investigation to end. I haven't heard anything from recruiting in a while. Soon it will be time for my monthly phone call to make sure things are still in motion.
I have heard however, from other recruits that have stumbled across my page. A couple of them are even from Saskatchewan. One of them is from the Regina area, I actually have met him during the various stages of the process. We ran the PARE at the same time and did the pyschological evaluation in July.
It is nice to talk to someone who knows exactly what I am going through, since we have been through some of the steps together.
In Febuary it will have been 6 months since I have run the PARE. That means that I will have to re-run it to stay medically certified. So that gives me about a month to get back into what I call 'PARE' shape. It shouldn't be that bad since I have been jogging fairly consistently since August, except when the weather keeps me in (I refuse to jog in a -48 windchill).
I saw that the counter now reads over 1000 visitors, WOW!! Thanks for checking out the page and I hope I have the chance to document my way through depot soon.
