  The accommodation offers you an entrance hall/cloakroom with a small bathroom leading off.  The double bedroom with wardrobe and dressing table is is approx. 13' 6 by 10'. The kitchen/sitting room is large measuring 21' by 13'; the high rounded ceiling and rafters are in keeping with its former use.  The kitchen area is new and well-equipped.  All accomodation is on one level.
  We are 5 minutes' walk from the pub and 3 minutes' drive to Wroxham where you will find "The Largest Village Store in the World" selling everything you are ever likely to need, and much, much more.
  We are ideally situated for the broads (on our doorstep),  the Norfolk coast is 8 miles away and the charming city of Norwich 10 miles.           Whilst easily accessible by car, we offer you the additional  facility to explore the by-ways and villages on our bicycles.  The lack of traffic, and flat roads make cycling a real pleasure.
