Tai Chi is a physical and mental health care program.  It is easy to perform and brings a sense of deep relaxation while re-energizing body functions.

Tai Chi is recognized as being instrumental in the development and maintenance of good physical and mental health.  Tai Chi improves concentration and mental activity.  With regular practice, Tai Chi relieves stress-related ailments and fosters superlative physical conditioning.

Tai Chi originated in China where it is still being used today as a therapeutic aid and forms an important part of the treatment often prescribed in hospitals and sanatoriums.

Regular practice of Tai Chi results in an increased supply of blood to the coronary arteries thus ensuring adequate supplies of blood and oxygen to the tissues of the various organs of the body.
