Ticketmaster I ordered tickets online for a show and their site crashed in the middle of my order. I tried again and this time the order went through. I got the confirmation email and everything was cool. Wrong. When I got to the will call window they had two orders there for me. I called to get my money back on the first order since it wasn't my problem that their site crashed on me. They told me that I should have called as soon as the site crashed and that no I would not get a refund. Fuck you Ticketmaster! I called up Mastercard and told them to dispute the charges. Ha!
