PROTEST THE USPS MUSLIM "EID" STAMP

This is the 37 cent Muslim Stamp that is put out with tax payers dollars. As Christians, we should be offended that such an anti-Christian stamp would be supported with our tax dollars. Here is what the USPS official website says about why they issued the "EID" stamp:

"The Eid stamp commemorates the two most important festivals-or eids-in the Islamic calendar: On these days, Muslims wish each other "Eid mubarak," the phrase featured in Islamic calligraphy on the stamp. "Eid mubarak" translates literally as "blessed festival," and can be paraphrased as "May your religious holiday be blessed." The Eid stamp joins the Christmas, Hanukkah, and Kwanzaa stamps as a part of our holiday stamp series.

While the Postal Service is proud of a stamp program that celebrates the rich diversity of our American culture, we do recognize that some individuals may disagree with our judgment about a particular stamp. So that no one need purchase any stamp they find objectionable, we produce a variety of stamps in various denominations."

The USPS knew this would be controversial, and, despite, the horror of 9/11 and the thousands of Americans that died, and despite that during EID this past year, in the Muslim world and in Muslim communities in the USA, anti-American sentiment was high during this time and right afterwards, Al Qaida killed several Americans in the bombings in Saudi Arabia.

This is certainly not a "blessed festival" because Muslims do not recognize Jesus as Savior, Messiah and Lord and the ONLY way to heaven. God only blesses those who know His Son.

Please protest this blasphemous stamp by complaining about it at your local post office, calling the post office, or filling out a form on the official USPS website by clicking the link below.
