DOUBLE APPLE SALAD

1 large red delicious apple, unpeeled and diced
1 large golden delicious apple , unpeeled and diced.
1/2 tsp. ascorbic citrus powder
1 8 oz. can pineapple chunks,drained
1 cup mini marshmallows
2/3 cup flaked cocoanut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup raisins
2 tbsp. chopped celery
1/4 cup mayonaise
large container cool whip

Sprinkle diced apples with ascorbic citrus powder.Add remaining ingredients, except cool whip. Mix well. Top with cool whip spread thickly to cover. Cover salad and chill.

CARRIBEAN SALAD

1 pkg. lime jello
1 cup boiling water
pineapple juice to cold water to make one cup
2/3 cup crushed pineapple
3/4 cup sliced bananas
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup cocoanut

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add pineapple juice and water.
Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in remaining ingreds.
