| I finally got a taker for Brikwars in Sacramento. Markham obliged me and brought his cool army of space age civil war soldiers. Nice blue coats took on the Xtreme Team army. Cost Points were not counted, but a visual evening up happened and several vehicles were added to my arsenal before hand. We raced to a flag in the middle of the field, surrounded by 2 hills. The motorcyclists got there first but needless to say only provided a huge target. After several rounds I managed to clog the middle with a vehicle and drive out with the flag. Markham had some terrible shooting troops on the left flank, I had my heavy armored mech firing down the middle at anything near the flag, and the right flank was just utter chaos with a suicide flyer blowing vehicles up and also taking out my rocketeers. The mech was finally taken out toward the end of the game, ganged up on by too many soldiers. The flag ended up on my side of the field, but who cares, it was fun! |
