     regulation, of an active member of the industry of private 
     investigators and security services, as authorized by the 
     Vermont secretary of state.

             docket 5614-09-01Cncr. Ruled from the bench 
             that being a private detective is a defense to the 
             charge of criminal possession of marijuana, in City 
             Hall Park, Burlington, Vermont, on July 20th, 
             2001. arrest by Burlington Police Department.

2.   The Defective ? Detective: is also an independent democrat, 
     running for the publicly elected office of Chittenden County 
     States Attorney, and uses medical marijuana, as a means of civil 
     disobedient Right to Free speech as protect by the United States 
     Constitution, specifically: The Right of people peaceably to 
     assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of 
     grievances. This civil disobedient public forum of smoking pot 
     and playing chess in city hall park, is this private detectives' 
     means of networking intel reports: filed with the secretary of 
     state, and appropriate Law Enforcement Authority.
