     As  of  the  date  of  this  writing,  their  is  most  noticeably  an
     increase  (  6+  assaults/attempted  armed  robbery's  within  last  fortnight)   in  violence,  by
     various  groups,  trying  to  claim  profit  and  proceeds  of  the
     illegal   underground   narcotic   network,   that   Hubs   it's
     networking  on  the  Church  Street  Market  Place,  in  front  of
     Burlington   Square   Mall..   The    only   persons   without
     communication,  to  call  their  mother,  are  the  children  denied
     use  of  the  Public  phones  on  the  Market  Place,  in  front  of  the
     Mall..
