           Please accept this letter as COMPLAINT & NOTICE of extensive 
           knowledge relating to the ongoing negligence in handling matters of 
           youth at risk, managed under the oversight of SRS.  & specifically 
           the case of miss Jones.

           Please review files submitted to the Vermont Secretary of State, and 
           Attorney General relevant to this matter.

           Should you be denied access to these files; documenting negligence 
           by law enforcement, in SEVERAL cases, advise and copies will be 
           forwarded.
