                  as a press release, stated as FACT, given without 
                  follow up, corroboration or dissent opinion.

Issue  Civil Liberties, must not be suspended, in any manor, shape, 
       or form.. The Incompetency of Law Enforcement to obtain 
       information in a timely manner, was grossly negligent prior to 
       September 11, and would only get worst by creating a greater 
       divide between the public and the "guardians" of society..

issue  MCHV continues to violate the rights of many patients( 
       especially the poor) with their haphazard billing/ record 
       keeping/ bilking Medicaid/ and causing action to DISCREDIT a 
       patients Credit Rating, an issue that this states attorney will 
       resolve by filing action to STOP ALL ACTIONS BY ANY 
       DOCTOR OR HOSPITAL, AND WILL PROVIDE THE DUE 
       PROCESS FOR THE physician TO COLLECT ALL MEDICAL 
       FEES AS A CIVIL RIGHT.. The State of Vermont is poised to 
       provide one payer health care, as soon as the governor, 
       wants to stop protecting the insurance companies from risk, 
       AND NOT HOLDING THE UNDERWRITERS ACCOUNTABLE 
       FOR MAINTAINING SAFETY STANDARD, IN ANY FIELD OF 
       UNDERWRITING, AS ILLUSTRATED IN THE naive 
       statements by Secretary of state Deborah l. Markowitz, in her 
       statements that the Champlain Valley Fair, does, not have any 
       ride inspectors, and she believes the insurance companies 
       follow up by inspections. Any body that believes that is 
       welcome to walk foot patrol with the Defective Detective and 
       get a dose of Reality..
    


Issue  September 11, has caused most people to rally around the 
       flag, and neglect the cause and effect as to WHY, The 
       "terrorist" to attack.. This war is a CIA oil war, an just another 
       of the steps in a long march to globalization by corporate oil. 
       and consistent with policy towards indigenous people in 
       central, south america or any place that the desire to TAKE 
       the natural riches of the earth, in an irradiation of culture, life 
       style, and choice to be independent from control  



issue  The lack of Civil Disobedient protest against the WAR is of 
       concern, Especially the "faith based" backing by the Churches' 
       that have added an amendment to the ten commandments, 
       stating that thou shall not kill, EXCEPT FOR OIL.. 

issue  Lack of campus activity to generate a continual dialog of the 
       ISSUES.. is seen as a sad comment on the deductive ability of 
       most persons attending the various colleges that inhabit and 
       influence this community..

issue  Why, since this nation has been trying to make a case of 
       terrorist use of biological weapons, has not the "HEALTH 
       CARE" issue become a main topic. Congressional staffers, got 
       health care, but the postal workers in Trenton NJ, were told if 
       the wanted antibiotics, they would have to get the medicine at 
       their own expense.. Postal employees' are only of "Federal" 
       value, when a law enforcement agency, wants to file a 
       complaint against a person for threatening or harming a 
       "Federal Agent". The televised response by news anchor, Tom 
       Brokal, about the negligence of the FBI handling of "tainted" 
       mail, and poor information, and follow up, got little air time. 
       However, any person with law enforcement experience could 
       easily state, "TOLD YOU SO"..
 
issue  Overworked; management of law enforcement has caused 
       less, communication, and not greater cooperation with the 
       public, and private security firms. More people, with less trust 
       of the police, can cause a deadly delay in timely response.  
   
issue  reviewing the federal governments proposals and answers to 
       airline security, one can only say unlawful BAIL OUT" know 
       different than going to a badly run business like Burlington 
       Square Mall and giving them tax payer money to prop up a 
       business that would be better off to the community to fold up 
       and go away, and allow the true competitive aspect of 
       business to take over, CATERING TO THE PEOPLE, not just 
       to the politicians, corrupted by power, and campaign 
       contributions, and exempt from public accountability by the 
       "PRESS RELEASE" function of the forth estate, another slave 
       holding state..    The correction of air line 
       security, need be held, within the 
       airline industry, the underwriters of 
       the aircraft, insurance carriers of 
       the air line companies, in 
       conjunction with the cash and risk 
       benefit package of the employees of 
       the company, creating the totality of 
       the investment structure for a 
       socially acceptable investment.(less 
       risk/ greater profit) Unfortunately 
       the Insurance and investment 
       companies, DO NOT, follow up on 
       safety reports and punish the whistle 
       blower for filing a complaint, as 
       illustrated by the behavior of AMEX, 
       and the over sight by the Vermont 
       Department of Banking, Insurance, 
       Securities and Health Care; governor, 
       attorney general or secretary of 
       state.   

issue  Corruption cover-up, documented by the reckless behavior of 
       the chittenden county states attorney, and judicial officer, 
       acting to protect the negligence of the police, endangering the 
       public, and witnesses that would give sworn statements into 
       the homicide of Christal Jones, and the corruption of law 
       enforcement offices by the money and control of the drug 
       trade..
