   proceeding in a manner to "catch the bad guy's" or as in this 
   case, every attempt to cover up the extensive negligence by 
   several state, federal, and local top law enforcement officials, 
   being done with the systematic procession that only the 
   federal government can achieve.

   paper as Christal was murdered in the Bronx NYC, as part of a
