The homicide of Christal Jones, and of Scott Lebeau are cases that I have extensive knowledge and ability; today I obtained information as to participants of the interstate narcotic traffic responsible for these deaths, but am unable to follow up because the Department of Motor Vehicles now requires a license in order to obtain motor vehicle and license data.
