            investigation, by federal official, intelligence 
            information reported to the Chittenden County 
            States Attorney, in defense of a confidential 
            informant that is awaiting official response as 
            requested by the DEFECTIVE ? DETECTIVE 
            PRIVATE DETECTIVE AGENCY..

re     A private detective can do what 
       public law enforcement officers can 
       not do. Recording behavior with Paul 
       Hutchings;Criminal Investigator for 
       the Vermont Secretary of State, 
       Detective Bottino for the Attorney 
       General, and  networked through 
       Burlington Police Detective Art Cyr. 
       "long standing cover" of hiding in plain view by 
       campaigning for the publicly elected office of 
       chittenden county states attorney, was deliberately 
       blown to discredit this political candidate at a 
       scheduled press conference.. 

   Defendant Request that the CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT 
   TO FREE SPEECH BY SMOKING POT AND PLAYING 
   CHESS BE UPHELD AS A STATES RIGHT, AND THE 
   DEFENDANT, DEFECTIVE ? DETECTIVE, HAS 
   DEMONSTRATED A CONSISTENT POLICY OF CIVIL 
   DISOBEDIENCE, AS A POLITICAL CANDIDATE OF 
   RECORD, AND BY A MEANS THAT HAS BEEN 
   ACCEPTABLE TO LOCAL & STATE LAW 
   ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS.


   Charge to criminal behavior for the use of medical 
   marijuana was not a citizen complaint, but brought by 
   federal officers that this Private Detective Has Filed 
   COMPLAINT ABOUT THEIR PROFESSIONAL 
   BEHAVIOR..

COURT TO RULE  DEFENDANT, Paul Charles Duprat, dba

               ALLOWED TO SMOKE POT AND 
               PLAY CHESS AS A REGISTERED 
               MEANS OF CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE.
