Space Cowboys

"Space Cowboys" is a very good movie. It features an all-star cast of Clint Eastwood, Tommy Lee Jones, Donald Sutherland, and James Garner. Basically, an old satellite has gone out and aging former astronaut Eastwood is the only one who can fix it. But the only way he'll go back up is if he can take his 3 friends, who are also former astronauts. The movie is the story of their journey. It's a very good film and keeps the audience interested. Plus, it appears that they did a good job of portraying Houston and Texas in the movie. I recommend this movie. Despite the PG-13 rating, I really think it is appropriate for all ages, even though there are a few swear words in it. It has the ability to teach kids that no matter what happens, if you work hard enough for your goals, you can reach them.
On a side note, I saw this movie at Mann's Chinese Theater, in Hollywood, California. It's a spectacular place to see a movie. If you're ever in Hollywood, make sure you see a movie there. I guarantee you won't regret it!
Rated PG-13 for language and minor violence. 130 minutes.
