O Brother, Where Art Thou?

3 Stars out of 4

This is just a funny movie, plain and simple. George Clooney stars as one of 3 Mississippi prison escapees in the 1930's. The three aren't that smart, but amazingly go around undetected. It's directed by the Coen brothers, who did "The Big Lebowski" and "Fargo." If you liked those movies, you will definitely like this one. The laughter continues throughout the movie. "O Brother, Where Art Thou? is loosely based on Homer's poem "The Odyssey." I recommend this movie.

Rated PG-13 for some violence and language. 106 minutes.
