3 Stars out of 4

This is a very funny movie. I really liked it, especially with all the hilarious characters that Eddie Murphy plays. The movie is set on the East Coast at a big university, where Sherman Klump is a professor. Buddy Love, his alter ego, is inside him causing havoc. Sherman decides he must eliminate Buddy from his system. The rest of the movie deals with the after-effects of it. Like I said, the movie is hilarious with all the characters that Eddie Murphy portrays. A lot of the jokes are somewhat crude, but it still is funny. The story line is a little weak, but the comedy makes up for it. I recommend it if you liked any of the "Austin Powers" movies or Eddie Murphy's 1996 version of "The Nutty Professor."

Rated PG-13 for language and crude humor.
