To register for this very special tour, fill out the form below for your intended reservation. Send a self-addressed, stamped envelope and your deposit to: PETUR ILIEV, 132 VIOLA AVENUE, SAN JOSE, CA 95110, USA. A deposit of $600 is due by June 30, 2000. The full amount ($1600/person) is due by July 15, 2000.

CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel before July 1, 2000, we will refund your entire deposit. Cancellations from July 1 to July 10 are subject to a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds after July 15, 2000.
