Sunsetter's Folk Dance Camp Registration Form

Price per person is $75 per adult and $37.50 per child (aged 10 - 13) for early registration (until July 31st). After July 31, adults will have to pay $85. Children under 10 are free. Both this form and payment must be received by July 31 to qualify for early registration discount. By sending in this form, you agree that you understand that you are responsible for the conduct--as well as the care and safety--of any child you bring to Sunsetter Camp.
