August 9 (Friday): The Bebelekov family (Vassil, Maria, Jivko and Bill (Cope)) will be presenting an evening of live village-style Bulgarian music for your dancing and listening pleasure, between 8 and 11 pm. This event is hosted by Stanford International Dancers and will take place at our usual location: Flex-It Aerobics Studio, 425 W. Evelyn Street, Mountain View. Admission is $10. August 11 (Sunday): Turkish oud virtuoso Sinan Erdemsel will perform at Noe Valley Ministry, 1021 Sanchez St. (between 23rd and 24th Sts., San Francisco at 8:00 P.M. Admission is $12.00.

August 18 (Sunday): Peter Jaques, Matthew Furey, Cynthia Tawasha and Sean Tergis play at Amira Resturant, Valencia at 17th St., San Francisco from 7:30 to 10:00 P.M. There is no cover charge. They will play for a rotating cast of dancers from Ultragypsy. This event will continue every Sunday evening from now on.
