Pensacola Florida

Author Debra Brousseau is a late bloomer who is now making up for lost time. She grew up in rural Alabama and worked at manual labor jobs most of her life. She has raised children on her own and been on and off welfare for many years. She started college at the age of forty-three and within four years obtained a Master of Education from the University of West Florida. She is now married to the love of her life and they have four sons and three grandchildren. About four years ago, Debra started a routine of walking through Bayview Park every morning and then returning home to write the poetry that filled her head during her early morning jaunts. Debra and her husband Paul currently reside in East Hill, a quaint residential area of Pensacola Florida.
