We live in a spacious 4 bedroom house in Kings Heath Birmingham with a large back garden full of play equipment; we have a pet dog and also 2 ducks.
I have certificates in health & safety, food hygiene, first aid, child protection awareness and I have also completed a child behavior course.
As a registered childminder I aim to work together in partnership with parents to provide all children in my care with a clean, safe, loving, home-like environment where everyone feels valued. Respect towards self, others and environment will be emphasised. I aim to provide a quality, caring environment where standards are high, independence can be developed and where there is a wealth of learning opportunities, both structured and flexible, to help children to achieve their goals and promote their self-esteem.
Flexible activities include free play time and outings, such as those to parks and local shops.
