Deacon Dan Laurita
Daniel Laurita is an ordained deacon in the Catholic Church.  He is in frequent demand for parish missions, retreats, and in-depth classes on Sacred Scripture.

He is a respected leader, skilled, compasionate, and faithful teacher of Catholicism and spiritual formation.  Deacon Dan was granted the title Master Catechist by the Vatican.  His focus is to always proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Deacon Dan has a varied and interesting background.  His secular vocation is as nurse anesthetist.  Deacon Dan spent over 21 years in the United States Army, being the first deacon ordained by the
Diocese of Trenton specifically for service to the US military.  This combination of experience makes him uniquely qualified to speak on medical ethics and social justice issues.

Deacon Dan holds a masters degree in Education and a masters in Religious Studies.  His graduate work at St. Charles Borremeo seminary in Philadelphia focused on Sacred Scripture.

He has spoken at conferences, retreats, and workshops nationally and internationally.  His presentations are equally fitting to large or small groups.  Deacon Dan is available for periods as short as one evening to week long missons.
