Clients who have a possible temp-to-hire permanent position within the organization should apprise Professionally Yours, Inc. of this opportunity. PYI will then place personnel with the client who are seeking temp-to-hire employment opportunities.
Seventeen+ years experience has proven the most successful
temp-to-hire time frame is 1,080 hours (40 hours per week for 6 months). This time frame allows the client extensive examination of the potential employee prior to making a full-time commitment.

• Full-Time/Direct Hire

Clients who wish to interview applicants and extend an offer to a PYI Employee may do so. A percentage of the employee's yearly wage
will be charged.

• Payrolling

Clients may wish to bring retired employees back into the organization for special projects or to place an employee they have selected on the payroll of PYI prior to offering a full-time position. PYI is able to accommodate these needs at a nominal fee.
