PAULA DAWN MORTILLERO
Hi! I want to tell you a story. One day, January 9, 1998 a baby girl was born, her parents named her Paula Dawn Mortillero. And to make the story short that girl was me! I’m the daughter of parents of course, kidding! I’m the daughter of Azucena Mortillero and Leo Mortillero. At present, I’m now a 18 years old lady, I’m living now with my family, consisting of my parents of course, I have also two sisters and my eldest sister is Kristy Carla Mortillero and sheis now in Saudi Arabia to work and support our needs, and my other sister Mary Lyka Mortillero and she is also working in Bacolod to help my parents. Now we are staying at our house in Paglaum 1.
In my elementary days I went to Paglaum Elementary School to finish my Elementary, those days I experienced so many things, my parents made me join the drum and bugle core and I enjoyed it so much because , I’m one of the band leader of that particular organization. I graduated there as an honor student and with much certificates for my parents to be proud of about me. When I entered high school, I went to Binalbagan Catholic College, High School Department. Those years were my most memorable years because in those years I had so much fun with my classmate that as of now is also my friends too. As the time goes by, I graduated at the year of 2009, even if I graduated without honors; I still made my parents so proud of me because I graduated with flying colors. Now, I’m taking up Bachelor of Science in Information Technology in Binalbagan Catholic College just in my town. In this school I experience so many things and I get to know the people who makes me happy and I’m so comfortable when I’m with them. I tend to know my strength and weaknesses. They help me to know more about myself.
When I have no classes and no agenda to attend, I just stay at home to and help my parents on their work. I just love to stay at home always because I hate to mingle with other people because I’m a shy type person, I just love to be alone, on the other hand I love also to go out if my companion are just my closest friends that I usually be with. I love also to read online stories because for me I’m a hopeless romantic person, I love to read the stories that make me “kilig” and “sad” at the same time. For me love is the center of all, because without love there will be no unity.
My motto in life is: “If you want to improve you should have initiative” because if you want change you should have change first within yourself. And if you want something to improve and to change you must be the first the one who will make move to make something improve and change. And I believe also that each one of us has the knowledge to change something to improve it.
For me life is like wheel, sometimes you’re up, sometimes your down. If you don’t know how to deal with your problems and your insecurities it will just put yourself down , and if you know how to deal and to manage your life it can move you up to be more successful person because you know how to and interact.
Don't waste your time on things you can't change. know when to walk away from toxic people and hopeless situation. :)
