| I'll never comprehend the mind of people able to purposely perform such horrific acts. In stark comparison, I witnessed the tireless performance of duties by Police, Fire and EMS personnel. Had it not been for their working beyond the point of exhaustion, the devastation would have been even worse. I felt lucky that in a very small way, I was able to assist by serving sandwiches and beverages to those true heroes. |
