Bryce Canyon

Bryce Canyon was my first real stop. The National Park runs along the top of the Canyon, and you walk along the rim, looking at the throngs of red, yellow and orange pinnacles of rock

Below, I'm standing at Inspiration Point.

Hiking down into the Canyons bring a totally different view of the formations.

An 18 mile road leads out along the canyon top, stopping at Far View (appropriately named).

A close-up of the valley:

At the end of the 18 mile road, you reach Rainbow Point, with the Rainbow Rock.

Back.
