You do understand that this is a freelist, right? Don't use this form lightly. "I thought this guy was being insensitive" is not a good reason to ask us to step in. "He was violating Yahoo's Terms of Service or the Law" is just about the only thing that will do. Frivolous complaints are, as far as we're concerned, the worst sort of net abuse, worse even than trolling, and won't be dealt with gently.
Before sending, we'd suggest that you look to make sure that the Bravenet logo is displaying on the bottom of the form. It's served off of the Bravenet server, the same server the form works off of, so if you see no logo, that means the server is down and the form isn't working right now. That doesn't happen constantly but it does happen sometimes and we'd hate to see your time wasted. Yes, this form collects IP addresses, so if somebody tries to spoof you, yes, we'll know.
