OF DRAGONS AND MANKIND
Dragons once roamed
this mighty land
huge, they thought,
and unconquerable by
mankind
Mankind
a great plague
we rule the world to
its eternal regret
The world's eternal regret
for we spoil as we rule
corrupting the lands...
the oceans...
the air we breath with
fire and smoke
Fire and smoke
from the dragons
who, in their arrogance,
were easily conquered
by mankind
Mankind
who inherited the arrogance
that dragons once held
we inherited their land
and their doom....
