General Wincenty KrasiÕski founded OpinogÙra as a romantic little palace in the early 19th century. In 1843, his son Zygmunt KrasiÕski, one of the greates Polish poets, received the palace from his father as a wedding gift. Now it houses a Museum of Romanticism.
