. . changing your tail lamps . .

<------------------------------------------------------------------------------>

Here's what you need:

  • 8mm socket
  • rachet
  • small phillips head screwdriver

    For the outter tail lamps:

    1. Pop your trunk.

    2. Start on one side and pull back trunk liner.

    3. Disconnect light bulbs from tail lights.

    4. Use the socket & rachet to remove the four nuts that hold together the tail lights to the car.

    5. Pop out tail lights.

    6. Replace with aftermarket tail lights.

    7. Replace the four nuts.

    8. Reconnect the bulbs (red wire bulb on top, green wire one on bottom).

    9. Do the same to the other side.

    For the inner tail lamps:

    Same procedure as the outter lamps, but there is an extra screw on each one that holds the black casing in. Remove with a small phillips head screwdriver. There are four screws after that to be removed...three are gold and one is black, don't forget the black one! Follow procedure for outter taillamps.

    Good luck!
