| Faberge' Eggs: Page 3 |
| I call this Ostrich Egg "The White Goblet" because when the top half of the egg is removed, the lower portion reminds me of a Goblet Glass. This egg has many compartments to it. It was designed for my twin who needed a jewlry box. This egg contains: Two ring holders that pull out from the back. The top opens for small earrings, and the front has two doors to open and has a shelf inside, which makes it two seperate areas to place things in it. The entire top half of the egg lifts off to reveal a large compartment (that is seperated into 3 seperate sections) in the bottom half of the egg for watches, necklaces and braclets. | I call this Ostrich egg "Cream Dream" because of it's creamy light peachy color to it. It's more tan than peach but it does have a hue of peach to it. Pink and red roses have been decoupaged onto the front areas you see. This egg has two large compartments to it. To see more pictures of this egg, CLICK HERE to see them. This small-med. size ostrich egg took me about 5 weeks to do. |

| "The Musical Pearl" This goose egg is a music box sort of speak. By pressing upward on the pearl located through the base of the egg stand, it plays the song "These are a few of my favorite things." The inside of the egg, below where the dove hangs, is linned in a maroon colored velvet. Outside the egg, it has pearls, gold trim, and Australian Chrysal rhinestone chains adorning it. | "Bird Egg" This goose egg has one circular door to it. Inside the egg is a bird on her nest, protecting her tiny little eggs. The picture on the front of the egg was decoupaged and given a glossy shine. To see more photos of this egg, CLICK HERE. This egg took me about 3 weeks to do. |
| "True Blue" This egg has two compartments to it. The top half of the egg lifts upward, and the middle section with the big light blue jewel on it, is a drawer that can be pulled out to put very small items in it. This was my first attempt at doing a drawer like this. To see more pictures of this egg, CLICK HERE. |
| "Bell Egg" The top half of a goose egg is perfect for using as a bell. The roses were decoupaged on and outlined in gold leaf paint. The inside has a small bell attached to it, so it really rings. |
| Tiny Little Arrivals |
| These tiny little eggs are no bigger than my thumb and extremely fragile. They were a real challenge for me. Both eggs were abandoned in their nests, I would imagine because they were infertile or something happened to the mother of them. These are their original colors. I think the white one is from a finch. I'm not sure of the other, perhaps a robin's egg? It's a beautiful color. Both had to be coated with a protective hardener, serval times each, just so I could work with them. They are that fragile! To see another view of these eggs, CLICK HERE or click on their pictures. |

| Carved Egg I've only done a couple of carved eggs successfully because I only have a dremel tool for my cutting of eggs. This Goose egg rests on top of a glass candle stick holder. Click here to see other photos of this egg. |
