According to FGMC to NE by Threfall- The parentage of Ellen is unknown.
There were a number of
Burgoynes living in Cambridgeshire. If Ellen descended from Thomas
PAYTON , then she had royal ancestors through that family. The FREVILE
family also had royal ancestry and it seems certain that she at least
descended from them.
