It is my wish that you will participate in the start of
HOPES, AIMS, & AMBITIONS
WISH SHEETS
That the WISH SHEET is filled in (within 7 days)
& sealed in a suitable container.
That the WISH SHEET is opened every 5 years (2000, 2005,�.) whereupon the sheet is read, reflected on and shared with others if you so desire, and that a new sheet is then written.
That the WISH SHEET includes your Material, your Personnel & your Family; Hopes, Aims and Ambitions.
It is hoped that you will expand the growth of the WISH SHEETS to other loved ones. Inviting them to join in a suitable way, at any time, but to fall into a five year renewal cycle.
It is also hoped that you will encourage the renewals, in five years time.
It is my intention that you can replace and rehouse your WISH SHEET PAPERS from this container in the future, but that you will always keep your papers.

This leaflet has no copy write.
Therefore you are free to copy it to give to others, to expand the
WISH SHEET IDEA
