My Dear Edith Quilt

My Dear Edith quilt is based on the Dear Jane quilt from 1863. I am calling mine Dear Edith in memory of my mother who isn't around to enjoy my quilting endeavours.

This page will show the pics of blocks I am making in sets of 4

I started my first block on the 22nd of November 2004. I am using only wedgewood blue prints and a blue gray and a dark blue, along with muslin for the background. I figure these colours were probably popular during the civil war era. As I finish every 4th block, I will upload a picture of them here.
I am making these blocks in a random order,so there will be a lot of blank spaces on the chart for the next while.
