I bought a 1984 Seabreeze 16 that was sitting on a lake front canal lot for three years. It had weeds growing all over it.
The property and boat were in Winter Haven, Florida, and just went through three Hurricanes. The property flooded forcing the trailer under water.
Sadly, the owner passed away because of the storm, and the relatives wanted to sell everything on the property.
I was fortunate to be assistant to the Realtor, and asked to be notified if they wanted to sell the boat. I never had a boat but was always intrigued about sailing. They called me & I now have my first boat.
I scrubbed and cleaned for two days and it looks like new!. So far everything is ok and in working condition.
By the way, the price that was offered me for boat trailer and extras: $100.00.
