Filling:

Ingredients:

2 cups brown sugar

1 3/4 cups finely chopped nuts

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 eggs

3 tablespoons melted butter


Directions:


1. Mix together all filling ingredients.

2. Place dough mixture the size of a walnut in tiny muffin
    tins. Press to shape with fingers.

3. Put filling into cups about 3/4 full.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes (until edges are
    lightly brown).


Makes approximately 4 dozen cookies.

Dough:

Ingredients:

6 oz cream cheese

1 cup (2 sticks) butter

2 cup flour


Directions:


1. Cream cream cheese and butter together.

2.  Add flour and work like pie crust.
