Seafood Lasagna
Very expensive, very rich, but if you really want to "wow"someone, this is it.
Ingredients:

1 box of lasagna noodles, cooked

2 jars prepared alfredo, white cheese or cheese and
   mushroom sauce

2 lbs. ricotta cheese

1 lb shredded mexican blend cheese

1 lb. small scallops

1/2 lb. small uncooked shrimp, shelled and cleaned

1/2 lb. crab meat

8 oz lobster flavored seafood product

8 oz sliced mushrooms

2 eggs

nutmeg

garlic

paprika

ground pepper
Directions:

1. Combine cheeses, seafood, eggs and mushrooms.
    Season to taste.

2. In bottom of deep roasting pan spread 1/2 jar of
    sauce. Cover with one layer of noodles.

3. Place half of filling mix on noodles and cover
    with 1/2 jar sauce.

4. Repeat noodle, filling and sauce.

5. Cover with another layer of noodles and rest of
    sauce.

6. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 - 1/2 hours until center
    is cooked.
